Transparansi penuh tentang bagaimana kami menangani data Anda

1. Pendahuluan

Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana ekstensi browser SellerHelper ("Ekstensi", "Kami") mengumpulkan, menggunakan, menyimpan, dan melindungi informasi pengguna ("Anda"). Dengan menginstal dan menggunakan Ekstensi ini, Anda menyetujui praktik yang dijelaskan dalam kebijakan ini.

SellerHelper adalah alat bantu untuk penjual e-commerce yang beroperasi di marketplace Shopee di kawasan Asia Tenggara (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Filipina, Vietnam, dan Singapura).

2. Data yang Kami Kumpulkan

Berikut adalah jenis data yang dikumpulkan beserta tujuan penggunaannya:

ℹ️ Catatan Penting: Kami tidak mengumpulkan data kartu kredit, kata sandi marketplace, riwayat browsing di luar situs Shopee, atau data pribadi dari pembeli toko Anda di luar konteks fitur Mass Ship.

3. Cara Kami Menggunakan Data

Data yang dikumpulkan digunakan secara eksklusif untuk:

  1. Menyediakan fitur ekstensi — analisis produk, kalkulasi ROAS, riset pasar, mass ship, dan asisten AI.
  2. Autentikasi & otorisasi — memverifikasi identitas Anda dan mengelola lisensi berlangganan.
  3. Sinkronisasi data — menyimpan project riset dan preferensi agar dapat diakses di perangkat lain.
  4. Peningkatan produk — memahami pola penggunaan fitur secara agregat (tanpa data pribadi).
⚠️ Kami TIDAK:
  • Menjual data Anda kepada pihak ketiga.
  • Menggunakan data Anda untuk iklan bertarget.
  • Membagikan data individual Anda tanpa persetujuan eksplisit.

4. Penyimpanan & Keamanan Data

4.1 Penyimpanan Lokal (di Browser Anda)

  • API key AI (Gemini) disimpan di chrome.storage.local — hanya di perangkat Anda.
  • Preferensi pengguna (bahasa, tema, cache riset) disimpan lokal.
  • Data cookie Shopee hanya dibaca sementara untuk cek status login, tidak disimpan permanen.

4.2 Penyimpanan Cloud

  • Data akun, project riset, dan konfigurasi disimpan di Supabase (infrastruktur cloud terkelola).
  • Komunikasi antara ekstensi dan server menggunakan HTTPS (enkripsi in-transit).
  • Akses database dilindungi dengan Row Level Security (RLS) dan token autentikasi Bearer.

4.3 Langkah Keamanan

  • Autentikasi berbasis token (bukan penyimpanan kata sandi di client).
  • Sesi login otomatis kadaluarsa setelah 24 jam.
  • Admin panel dilindungi dengan Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/TOTP).
  • Sanitasi input (escapeHtml) diterapkan untuk mencegah serangan XSS.

5. Berbagi Data dengan Pihak Ketiga

Kami menggunakan layanan pihak ketiga berikut secara terbatas:

6. Izin Browser yang Digunakan

Berikut penjelasan mengapa setiap izin dibutuhkan:

7. Hak Anda

Sebagai pengguna, Anda berhak untuk:

  1. Mengakses data Anda — melihat semua data yang tersimpan di akun Anda melalui Side Panel.
  2. Menghapus data Anda — membersihkan cache riset produk melalui menu Opsi, atau menghubungi kami untuk penghapusan data akun sepenuhnya.
  3. Menarik persetujuan — Anda dapat menghapus ekstensi kapan saja. Data lokal otomatis terhapus saat ekstensi di-uninstall.
  4. Ekspor data — mengekspor data riset produk ke format CSV melalui fitur Side Panel.
  5. Meminta penghapusan akun — kirim permintaan ke email kontak kami untuk penghapusan seluruh data cloud.

8. Retensi Data

  • Data lokal (browser): Dihapus otomatis saat Anda menghapus ekstensi atau membersihkan data browser.
  • Data cloud (Supabase): Disimpan selama akun Anda aktif. Data akan dihapus dalam 30 hari setelah permintaan penghapusan akun.
  • Data pesanan (Mass Ship): Diproses secara sementara di memori browser dan tidak disimpan di server kami setelah sesi scraping selesai.

9. Pengguna di Bawah Umur

SellerHelper tidak ditujukan untuk pengguna di bawah usia 18 tahun. Kami tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan data dari anak-anak. Jika Anda mengetahui bahwa pengguna di bawah umur telah memberikan data kepada kami, silakan hubungi kami agar data tersebut dapat dihapus.

10. Perubahan Kebijakan Privasi

Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini dari waktu ke waktu. Perubahan material akan diumumkan melalui pembaruan ekstensi atau notifikasi dalam aplikasi. Tanggal "Terakhir diperbarui" di bagian atas halaman ini akan selalu mencerminkan revisi terbaru.

This Privacy Policy explains how the SellerHelper browser extension ("Extension", "We", "Us") collects, uses, stores, and protects user information ("You", "Your"). By installing and using this Extension, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

SellerHelper is a tool designed for e-commerce sellers operating on the Shopee marketplace across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Singapore).

2. Data We Collect

Below are the types of data we collect and their purposes:

ℹ️ Important: We do not collect credit card information, marketplace passwords, browsing history outside Shopee websites, or personal data from your store's buyers outside of the Mass Ship feature context.

3. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

  1. Provide extension features — product analysis, ROAS calculation, market research, mass shipping, and AI assistant.
  2. Authentication & authorization — verifying your identity and managing subscription licenses.
  3. Data synchronization — storing research projects and preferences for cross-device access.
  4. Product improvement — understanding aggregate feature usage patterns (without personal data).
⚠️ We do NOT:
  • Sell your data to third parties.
  • Use your data for targeted advertising.
  • Share your individual data without explicit consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Local Storage (in Your Browser)

  • AI API keys (Gemini) are stored in chrome.storage.local — only on your device.
  • User preferences (language, theme, research cache) are stored locally.
  • Shopee cookies are only read temporarily to check login status, not permanently stored.

4.2 Cloud Storage

  • Account data, research projects, and configurations are stored on Supabase (managed cloud infrastructure).
  • All communication between the extension and server uses HTTPS (encryption in-transit).
  • Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) and Bearer authentication tokens.

4.3 Security Measures

  • Token-based authentication (no client-side password storage).
  • Login sessions automatically expire after 24 hours.
  • Admin panel protected with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/TOTP).
  • Input sanitization (escapeHtml) applied to prevent XSS attacks.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services in a limited capacity:

7. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  1. Access your data — view all data stored in your account via the Side Panel.
  2. Delete your data — clear product research cache via the Options menu, or contact us for full account data deletion.
  3. Withdraw consent — you can uninstall the extension at any time. Local data is automatically deleted upon uninstallation.
  4. Export data — export product research data to CSV format via the Side Panel feature.
  5. Request account deletion — send a request to our contact email for complete cloud data removal.

8. Data Retention

  • Local data (browser): Automatically deleted when you uninstall the extension or clear browser data.
  • Cloud data (Supabase): Retained while your account is active. Data will be deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
  • Order data (Mass Ship): Processed temporarily in browser memory and not stored on our servers after the scraping session ends.

9. Children's Privacy

SellerHelper is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware that a minor has provided data to us, please contact us so that the data can be deleted.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through extension updates or in-app notifications. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
